Only incorrect or damaged items are eligible for return. You may apply for the return of the purchased items within 7 days from the date of delivery. You must inspect your order upon receipt and contact us if any of these issues occurred.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, in the same condition that you received it and must be in its original packaging. All return requests must include a receipt or proof of purchase and a photograph of the incorrect or damaged item, taken upon receipt.
To start the process, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we are in receipt of your return, we will inspect the item for error or damage and notify you that we have received the returned item. Refunds are processed within 7 - 10 business days from receipt and credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges will be possible only if your items are damaged or the wrong product was received.
